Sometimes I am so scattered and try to find things to help note of all that has happened in the month. What I found and want to share with you is a free printable habit tracker that you can use to do just that. it has the days on the top and you just need to jot down the habits or goals on the left side for the month. For example for me it may be things like worked out, drank caffeine (trying to quit), drank wine, ate fruit, etc.

You can color each square as you achieved your goal (or went back to a bad habit), and at the end of the month you will be able to see where you scored and where you lag on items. This will help you to be more organized, help you to be in a better state of mind, and have better mental health.
