If having a printable habit tracker is not your thing I have also found and am trying out an App for my phone that does everything digitally. It’s called the Productive App and its located here: http://productiveapp.io .
This App will help to build good habits, and organize your life. You can add things like meditate, go for a walk, and even take your medication. It can also help to plan your day and get you into a routine. You can control how many days per week you want to do this, if it’s a daily thing, a weekly thing or so forth, and more! The big thing is that it helps you to track your wins, which is what I want to see! Let me know that I am being successful.
